ScoutFlow ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website scoutflow.co and the web application at app.scoutflow.co (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using ScoutFlow, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card details).

Onboarding Preferences: We collect the target industries, geographic areas (zip codes and radius), and delivery day preferences you provide during onboarding. This information is used solely to personalize your prospect deliveries.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and delivery history.

Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to resolve issues and improve the Service.

• To deliver curated local business prospect lists to your email address
• To personalize prospect selections based on your target industries and service areas
• To process and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send service-related communications (delivery confirmations, billing notices, account updates)
• To improve, maintain, and support the Service

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes and do not sell your data to third parties.

The prospect data delivered through ScoutFlow is sourced from publicly available third-party APIs including Google Places and Yelp Fusion. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and ratings — all of which are publicly listed by the businesses themselves.

ScoutFlow does not collect or deliver personal consumer data. All prospect records represent businesses, not individual consumers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Postmark — for transactional email delivery
• Supabase — for secure database hosting
• Google / Yelp — queries are made on your behalf to source prospect data
• Law enforcement or regulators — if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ScoutFlow or its users

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your account information and delivery history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a period of time in case you choose to reactivate.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at prospect@scoutflow.co. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access controls, and environment-isolated API credentials. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
