Terms of Service

By accessing or using ScoutFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial participants and paying subscribers.

ScoutFlow is a subscription-based platform that delivers curated lists of local business prospects to sales professionals via email and CSV. Prospect data is sourced from publicly available third-party APIs including Google Places and Yelp Fusion.

ScoutFlow is intended for professional use by B2B sales representatives. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business outreach purposes.

ScoutFlow offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly:

• Scout — $49/month: Prospect deliveries 2x per week (Monday & Wednesday)
• Hunter — $99/month: Prospect deliveries 4x per week (Monday–Thursday)
• Closer — $149/month: Daily prospect deliveries (Monday–Friday)

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize ScoutFlow to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

ScoutFlow does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances (such as a confirmed technical failure that prevented delivery), refund requests may be submitted to prospect@scoutflow.co and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Use ScoutFlow data for spam, harassment, or any form of deceptive communication
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense prospect data to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk beyond your subscription entitlement
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or state telemarketing regulations
• Share account credentials with others outside your licensed use

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Prospect data delivered through ScoutFlow is sourced from publicly available directories and APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Business contact details may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for how you use prospect data and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The ScoutFlow platform, including its design, software, branding, and delivery engine, is the exclusive intellectual property of ScoutFlow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

Prospect lists delivered to you may be used for your personal sales outreach. You may not republish, resell, or commercially redistribute them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ScoutFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prospect data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutFlow disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoutFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall ScoutFlow's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

ScoutFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with changes, your remedy is to cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
